YOUR TASKS

• 执行TPM各项工作，确保落地实施。
• 制定和优化负责设备的机械标准要求。
• 快速处理、分析及改善设备机械故障，提升设备工作效率。
• 达成部门相关KPI目标，进行原因分析、改善和跟踪。
• 管理和培训团队技术员及生产产线技术人员。
• 积累和推广设备改善优化及维护经验。
• 支持工艺、质量、生产、安全等方面的改善及协调解决异难问题。
• 负责新产线的机械验收工作，提出异常问题并与供应商解决。
• 系统性建立新产线设备部件清单、技术要点、维护计划及备件计划。

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
• 熟悉机械设计和维护，具备机械故障诊断和修复能力。
• 熟悉自动化设备的机械部分，包括传动系统、液压系统等。
• 有大型制造厂生产线现场机械设备维护工作经验。
• 具有丰富的现场设备维护经验及改善能力。
• 具有一定的英文沟通能力
