Job Purpose: Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in HR transformation to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives while driving HR process enhancements and transformational projects. Roles and responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: • Manage end to end recruitment process for multiple roles across various levels • Develop talent sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline • Develop innovative talent sourcing strategies including digital recruiting, employer branding and candidate engagement. (Strong focus on employer branding and initiatives) • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding • Build TA dashboards and monitor the progress and work closely with HR business partners 2. HR transformation • Drive HR transformation projects within MT India • Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement HR technology and tools across units • Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working 3. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: • Build strong partnerships with HRBP’s, HR operations and external vendors to support talent acquisition and transformation initiatives. • Facilitate and educate Hiring Managers on recruitment process and tools 4. Reporting and Analytics: • Maintain and report recruitment KPI’s • Review and publish dashboard • Use data driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in recruitment strategies
