At Clark Pacific, the Project Engineer II contributes to the successful design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Working as part of an integrated team, this role applies engineering, project management, and problem-solving skills to support project delivery across all phases.
Competitive Compensation Range:
$85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform advanced activities pertaining to the Design Phase, including submittal drawings, design approvals, reinforcement drawings, and miscellaneous metal coordination
- Oversee manufacturing-related activities including shop drawing review, production coordination, and material planning
- Lead field-related coordination including crane studies, erection planning, and site execution alignment
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring timely resolution and project progression
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure project success
- Support project performance related to schedule, budget, and contract requirements
- Identify issues, drive solutions, and escalate as needed
Education & Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering field required (BS must have been obtained in the US)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in construction, structural, or design-build environments
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, and project coordination
- EIT required; PE preferred or in progress
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
