Job Summary

Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a trusted and compassionate provider of senior healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team in Penn Wynne, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility and ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the nursing and rehabilitation team, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and optimizing operational efficiency.
Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, monitor resident outcomes, and address any concerns or issues.
Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff members; provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance job skills and job satisfaction.
Budgeting and Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and cost containment strategies to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience, reduce readmissions, and improve patient satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including Medicare, Medicaid, and state-specific requirements.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Licensure: Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Pennsylvania
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care, healthcare administration, or a related field
