 Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer 

 Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer  to join our growing engineering team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support scalable and secure systems. You’ll work closely with development and operations teams to enhance automation, improve reliability, and ensure infrastructure best practices across the organization.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).

  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other CI tools with scripting.

  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads on EKS (Amazon Kubernetes Service) using Helm.

  • Monitor application and infrastructure health using Grafana and other observability tools.

  • Manage secrets and credentials securely using HashiCorp Vault.

  • Automate repetitive tasks using Bash and Python scripting.

  • Administer and integrate Bitbucket and/or GitHub repositories, workflows, and branching strategies.

  • Configure and manage Tyk API Gateway, including traffic management, security policies, and analytics.

  • Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of new tools, services, and automation frameworks to improve DevOps efficiency and system reliability.

  • Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements or alternative solutions where appropriate.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, participate in incident response, and drive root cause analysis.

  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all infrastructure and pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.

  • Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and services.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.

  • Expertise with Jenkins or other CI tools, pipeline automation, and Groovy/Yaml  scripting.

  • Deep experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm for deployment and management.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash and Python.

  • Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana/Prometheus

  • Experience with Vault for secure secrets management.

  • Familiarity with Bitbucket/GitHub for source control and CI workflows.

  • Experience managing or integrating with Tyk API Gateway.

  • Proven ability to drive tool selection, adoption, and process improvement initiatives.
