We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our dynamic team. As a Finisher, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic and functional qualities of our product. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of flooring with precision and consistency
• Perform glazing work, including installation of glass in windows and doors
• Install doors, windows, and door hardware (locks, handles, closers, etc.)
• Ensure all finishes meet company quality standards and customer expectations
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, safety, and overall quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently during the finishing process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of paint materials and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations while handling and applying paints and solvents.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project timelines and paint-related needs.
