Job description
You will be providing care in the patient’s home in accordance with their individual care plan.
Responsibilities may include:
Assists residents with activities of daily living, such as:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Transfers
- Feeding
- Preparing or heating up meals
- Medication reminders
- Maintain a clean, and orderly environment for the individual by completing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Accompany client to medical appointments and other errands.
- Allowing and encouraging clients to do as much of their own care as possible.
Requirements
- 1-year verifiable experience as a caregiver
- HCA registration with CDSS
- TB test
- CPR and First Aide training is appreciated.
Part-time and full-time positions are available starting at $16.90-$18.00 per hr based on experience.
