Our product lines are supported by a strong Parts & Service department at our branch locations. RECO Equipment, Inc. is a heavy equipment dealership operating 33 locations across three divisions. Our Corporate Accounting team supports equipment sales, rentals, parts, service, and floorplan financing in a multi-entity, high-volume environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented AR/AP Specialist to support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions in a growing dealership.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire), high volume
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support cash application and customer account reconciliation and collections
- Support in new customer reviews process credit applications and review credit authorizations
- Assist with floorplan financing payoffs and reconciliations
- Maintain W-9s, tax-exempt certificates, and 1099 support
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Coordinate and support with branch personnel across muilti locations
- Cross-train and provide backup coverage within the accounting department
- Participation in special automation projects - creating a better tomorrow.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field, suggested
- 2+ years of AR/AP or general accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and accounting software proficiency
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines with high level integrity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with branch teams across multiple locations
