The STI Lead will provide technical oversight, mentorship, and leadership for Simulation Training Instructors (STIs), ensuring Army training objectives are achieved effectively and safely.nnRESPONSIBILITIES:nnLead and supervise a team of Simulation Training Instructors to deliver high-quality virtual and live training.nEnsure standardization and doctrinal accuracy across all simulation training exercises.nOversee scheduling, maintenance, and operational readiness of TADSS (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).nProvide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for assigned instructors.nCoordinate with TSC Leads and installation staff to integrate simulation training with live exercises.nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance training effectiveness.nnREQUIREMENTS:nSecurity:nnU.S. Citizenship required.nMust successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.nnExperience:nn5+ years of experience in simulation training instruction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.nDemonstrated proficiency with Army simulation systems (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.nFamiliarity with Army training doctrine (TC 3-20.31) and TADSS operations.nAbility to work on-site at Fort Benning, GA and support multiple units.nn
