Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our office while building strong customer relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop branch employees
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage loan applications and account decisions
- Work with customers to resolve account issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee branch performance and profitability
Qualifications
- Leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and coaching ability
- Financial services, retail, or banking experience preferred

Skills Required:
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience managing and training others.
- Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.
- Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
- Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheets.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
Summary
Commission Incentive Compensation
All Branch Managers are eligible to earn a monthly commission that is based upon the profitability of the office. Commissions should account for an additional 20% to 30% of a successful manager’s base compensation. However, there is no limit as to how much commission can be earned.
Branch Manager Special Bonuses
Additionally, We offer various other special production related bonuses for top performers on a quarterly or yearly basis.
