Job Description

Office Coordinator – Oslo

Ework is Northern Europe’s leading independent talent
solutions provider — listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with an annual turnover
exceeding 15 billion SEK. We connect the best consultants with the companies
that need them most, across IT, tech, telecom, and engineering. We’re
entrepreneurial, straight-talking, and genuinely good at what we do. Now we’re
looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Oslo team.

The role
You’re the person who keeps our Oslo office running — and
running well. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll own everything from
daily office operations and supplier contacts to local IT coordination, HSE
responsibilities, and making sure the workspace feels great for everyone in it.

The position is 60–80%, and we’re flexible on the exact scope depending on who
you are. If you love taking ownership, bring structure without being rigid, and
get genuine satisfaction from a well-run office — read on.

What you’ll be doing
The role covers a broad mix of responsibilities — office
coordination and administration, local IT and security, working environment and
HSE, and facility management. You won’t specialise in just one area; you’ll be
the go-to person across all of them. The exact scope and hours (50–80%) will be
shaped around the right candidate.

Who you are
More than experience, we’re looking for the right person.
Someone who takes initiative without being asked, follows through on the small
things as much as the big, and genuinely cares about the people around them.
You’re organised without being stiff, service-minded without being a pushover,
and you bring good energy to the office every day.

- You take ownership — if something needs doing, you do it
- You’re structured and reliable, but also flexible when things change
- You communicate clearly and make people feel at ease
- You’re comfortable working across a wide range of tasks and topics
- Fluent in Norwegian and English — written and spoken
- Some experience in a similar role is a plus, but attitude comes first

Sound like a fit? We’d love to hear from you — apply now and
we’ll be in touch.
