Forest Lake Club is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Banquet Captain to help lead our banquet team in delivering exceptional event experiences. This role supervises banquet servers, ensures smooth event execution, and supports the Food & Beverage Manager as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead banquet events according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Supervise banquet servers and ensure high service standards
Communicate effectively with the team and kitchen staff
Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign server sections
Monitor setup, timing of service, and guest satisfaction
Address issues calmly and efficiently during events
Complete post-event reports and ensure full breakdown
What You Bring:
2+ years of banquet or hospitality leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
