Job Description

You will own the global SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain, driving Plan‑to‑Deliver standardization and operational excellence within an S/4HANA transformation.

Your Tasks

  • Own the global SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Plan‑to‑Deliver) domain with full IT accountability

  • Lead harmonization and standardization of manufacturing and supply chain processes across all regions and plants

  • Own and drive the Manufacturing & Supply Chain stream within the global S/4HANA transformation program

  • Define the future system architecture, including planning landscape, MRP Live, shopfloor integrations, and APO replacement

  • Ensure alignment with global template approaches and enterprise architecture standards

  • Act as the key business‑IT interface for Global and Sub‑Process Owners in Manufacturing and Supply Chain

  • Lead, develop, and structure a global, distributed team of SAP experts

  • Contribute as a member of the IT Applications & Services Leadership Team to application governance and strategic direction

Your Profile

  • 12+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments

  • Strong expertise in SAP PP / PP‑PI and at least one additional module (WM/EWM, QM, or MM)

  • Proven experience leading global teams and large‑scale SAP transformation programs

  • Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA transformations and global template implementations

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing and supply chain processes

  • Solid ABAP and debugging knowledge to guide technical design and challenge development approaches

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across senior business and IT leadership

  • Fluent in English and willing to travel approximately 15%
