We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients in the home care setting. This role offers flexibility while making a meaningful impact on patients’ independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments in the home under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following the established care plan
• Assist patients with improving performance in daily activities (ADL’s) such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
• Instruct and support patients in the safe use of adaptive equipment and techniques to increase independence
• Observe, document, and report patient progress, responses to treatment, and any changes in condition to the supervising OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and carryover of therapy techniques within the home environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Rhode Island OTA Therapist license (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
