The Social Media Content Creator at Alternative Counseling and Wellness Center is a highly collaborative and creative position responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. He/she will largely be responsible for planning, developing and implementing our social media platforms which includes content ideation, planning, production, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy in line with organizational objectives.
• Define and manage the brand's identity across our online communities, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader strategies.
• Create engaging and shareable content regularly to grow the company’s footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, reactive content)
• Stay current on emerging social media trends and integrate them into our strategy as appropriate.
• Work with graphic designers and video editors to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to ensure content consistency and to generate new ideas.
• Monitor user engagement data and direct customer feedback to inform content planning and optimisation.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign and report on performance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations or related field.
• Proven experience as a social media professional or relevant role.
• Experience in content management, copywriting, and art direction – particularly within the digital space.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and ability to drive engagement likeness, shareability, and virality.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in what and when to communicate to different stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of social media KPI’s.
