Encore’s continued expansion has created an opportunity for a Manager of FP&A who enjoys making sense of a growing, fast-moving business. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of FP&A and build the reporting, analysis, and planning tools that help leaders understand performance and make better decisions.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys being the person who can take a spreadsheet full of raw data and turn it into something everyone finally understands. You will manage core forecasting and budgeting processes, improve modeling structure, and support the financial story that guides companywide decision making.
If you enjoy connecting the dots, clarifying assumptions, and helping teams understand the “why” behind the numbers, you will thrive here.
Your work centers on turning raw data, shifting assumptions, and messy spreadsheets into planning tools people actually use. You enjoy building models that hold up to questions, tightening up forecasts, and helping teams understand not just what the numbers say, but what they should do next. If the idea of making a workbook both cleaner and more insightful feels oddly satisfying, you will fit right in.
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional development and analytical excellence.

- Support financial presentations for senior leadership, including decks, analysis summaries, and scenario planning.
- Contribute process improvements by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements.
- Seven to ten years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel.
- Clear understanding of financial statements and operational KPIs and how they relate to business performance

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a desire to improve forecasting accuracy and internal reporting
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with leaders across departments to support decision making
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- You have an MBA, CPA, or another advanced degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
