HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Project Intake & Brief Coordination
● Receive and organize internal briefs from Content, Marketing, and DTC teams
● Ensure briefs are clear, accurate, and ready for execution
● Flag missing information or inconsistencies early
Pre-Production Planning
● Build and maintain workback schedules for shoots and content initiatives
● Coordinate timelines across teams to ensure deadlines are met
● Align on deliverables and production needs with Content team
● Coordinate with sample team to track SKU availability, sizes, and quantities
● Assist in securing locations, talent, and crew as needed
Production Coordination
● Support logistics leading up to and during shoots
● Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timing and deliverables
● Track progress and flag risks or delays
Post-Production & Asset Management
● Manage post-production timelines and delivery schedules
● Coordinate asset handoff to editors, retouchers, and internal teams
● Organize and maintain assets within Dropbox and internal systems
● Ensure final assets are properly labeled and delivered
Content Operations & Systems
● Maintain organization across tools such as Monday and Dropbox
● Track status of all active projects and deliverables
● Support improvements to workflow, file structure, and process
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
● 1–2 years experience in production coordination, project management, or content operations
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
● Familiarity with tools like Monday, Dropbox, and Google Drive
● Basic understanding of content production workflows (photo, video, social)
● Strong communication and coordination skills
● Highly organized and detail-oriented
● Proactive and reliable
● Comfortable supporting across multiple projects at once
● Interested in content, marketing, and production
● Strong team player with a willingness to learn
