Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled RFP Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT and a proven track record of crafting compelling proposals that resonate with potential clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, writing expertise, and an understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

 Proposal Development:

•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.
  

•   Write, edit, and format RFP responses that effectively communicate Ellit Groups' value proposition and solutions.
  

Research and Analysis:

•   Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their needs to tailor proposals accordingly.
  

•   Analyze RFP requirements and ensure compliance with all guidelines and specifications.
  
  

Content Management:

•   Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other supporting documents.
  

•   Regularly update content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  

Stakeholder Engagement:

•   Engage with internal stakeholders, including project managers and subject matter experts, to gather input and feedback.
  

•   Present proposal drafts and revisions to senior management for approval.
  

Continuous Improvement:

•   Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in proposal writing.
  

•   Implement feedback from past submissions to enhance future proposals.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in healthcare IT or consulting.
  

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  

• Strong understanding of healthcare IT solutions and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
  

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
