What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of production associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Conduct performance management and employee reviews
- Monitor team performance and set goals to meet production targets
- Oversee inventory, materials, and workflow to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience with strong operational knowledge
- Proven leadership experience, including performance management and employee coaching
- Experience conducting performance reviews and managing team performance
- Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory management
- Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and motivate a team
