JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: RPA Developer II
Location: Bangalore

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will design, develop, test and implement RPA bots that will interact with multiple third-party applications. 
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA)  Developer will develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enhanced workflow automation platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops.
• Build and maintain sets of automations for multiple projects and clients.
• Plan and participate in deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
• Uses sound judgement to identify issues and escalates, when appropriate.
• Design detailed automated processes and develop end to end solutions.
• Adapt to new technologies and gain a functional understanding.
• Work closely with a team to understand business processes and requirements.
• Assist with installations, testing, documentation, and incident management.
• Prepare detailed process design and user stories

• Flexible to work nights and weekends, as per business needs.
• Hands-on UiPath, Automation Anywhere & Power Automation and extensive overall knowledge with Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python etc.).
• General knowledge of Automation of Terminal Legacy applications.
• Demostrated ability in running attended and unattended bots.
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
• Experience working on Test driven development environment.
•  Passionate about building an innovative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline required
• 2+ years  of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development experience required. For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.
