Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our Senior PCB Designer, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders to design and build cutting-edge RF and electronic hardware for space, aerospace, and defense systems. 


Responsibilities

· Perform schematic capture.

· Perform PCB layout and routing, managing multi-layer stack-ups and controlled-impedance requirements.

· Hold design reviews, DRC checks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize cost and quality.

· Generate comprehensive manufacturing data including Gerber files, BOMs, pick-and-place files, and 3D models for fabrication and assembly.

· Perform electrical/RF design verification, including logic compatibility, AC/DC loading, timing verification, thermal analysis, and signal integrity (RF and high speed)

· Utilize Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and IPC standards.



Requirements

Qualifications

·7- 10+ years of experience as a PCB Designer

· Proven experience and proficiency in PADS, Altium, Allegro, Orcad, or Mentor Graphics.

· Strong understanding of high-speed design, differential pairs, trace length matching, and RF layout techniques. 

· Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFA (Design for Assembly), and IPC standards (e.g., IPC-2221, IPC-7351). 

· Ability to work independently on complex, multi-layer PCBs while maintaining precision and accuracy in all deliverables.

· Familiarity with simulation tools for PI/SI (Power/Signal Integrity) analysis is a plus.

· Associates degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar.

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
