SUMMARY:

The Social Media Specialist supports the execution of CollisionRight�s social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement and drive leads into our locations. This position focuses on creating and publishing content, analyzing performance data, optimizing our social media programs, keeping us on trend and assisting with influencer partnerships. Working closely with the marketing team and vendors, the Specialist helps ensure consistent brand messaging and an engaging online presence. The role emphasizes creative content development, data-driven execution, and collaboration across teams.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM�5 PM. The schedule is flexible, with a hybrid option available, though the position is primarily on-site. Compensation ranges from $25�$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Must be located within an hour from Dublin, OH.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategic implementation of social media initiatives across 50+ brands within CollisionRight�s network, ensuring consistent tone, branding, and engagement.

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance data to identify trends, measure success, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and vendors to align content strategies with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.

  • Manage content champion partnerships to amplify brand reach and promote consistent messaging.

  • Work with influencers in variousmarkets to gain brand visibility and drive engagement

  • Drive targeted messaging and content strategies to target our key audiences

  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to recommend new ideas and best practices.

  • Assist with reputation management by monitoring comments, messages, and brand mentions to maintain a positive online presence.

  • Lead social media campaigns for specific marketing initiatives (e.g., Hit a Deer, Win a Deere), tailoring content and messaging to promote events, contests, and seasonal promotions.

  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports CollisionRight�s overall marketing objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor�s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.

  • 2+ years of experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.

  • Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for brand consistency.

  • Proven experience developing, scheduling, and analyzing social media campaigns.

  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with graphic design and/or video editing tools (e.g., Canva and Adobe).

  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and organizational needs.
