Position Overview
The HVAC Install Coordinator is responsible for managing and scheduling HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This role acts as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure installations are completed efficiently, on time, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation jobs based on technician availability, job scope, and customer needs
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
- Review installation contracts and verify job details, equipment, and materials
- Order equipment and track deliveries to ensure timely job completion
- Dispatch installation crews and adjust schedules as needed
- Monitor job progress and troubleshoot scheduling or logistical issues
- Maintain accurate records in Service Titan
- Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC, construction coordination, or dispatching
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling or CRM software (Service Titan) a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology preferred
