Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
What you will be doing
- Provide administrative support for learning and development activities, including course management, training records, and reporting
- Maintain and update learning systems, training catalogues, and related documentation
- Support the execution of training plans, including scheduling, coordination, and logistics of instructor-led and digital learning programs
- Assist in creating and managing surveys, evaluations, and training materials
- Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and content quality
- Provide first-level support to users, including guidance on systems, processes, and training materials
- Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR and learning services
- Support employee engagement initiatives through administrative tasks, communication materials, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures
What will make you successful?
- Master/Bachelor degree in psychology, business, human resources management or equal
- Fluency in English
- Affinity and interest in IT systems, MS Office tools
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Learning Management System knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
