Job Description

ALLO is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of company initiatives, including enterprise or multi site customer onboarding, fiber market expansions, and off net or leased network deployments.

This individual will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, and cross functional teams to build and maintain project plans, monitor progress, track tasks and dependencies, and facilitate project meetings. The Associate Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring project execution discipline, visibility, and follow-through while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for process improvement.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate degree required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

  • Comparable experience or qualifications may be considered in lieu of degree

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management support

  • Experience supporting cross‑functional, infrastructure, network, or technical projects preferred

  • Telecom, fiber optic construction, commercial real estate, utilities, or network operations experience a plus

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CAPM, or similar certification preferred

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in project coordination and execution support

  • Client focused – internal and external facing

  • Excellent organization and prioritization abilities

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Click-Up, Asana, etc.)

  • Proficiency with process mapping and/or whiteboarding tools (Lucid, Miro, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

  • Strong workflow management and task‑tracking skills

  • Detail oriented with the ability to see broader project impacts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings – both virtually and in-person – and drive accountability

  • Highly inquisitive and comfortable asking questions

  • Strong reporting, metrics analysis, and documentation skills

  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency of project administration

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Possess/maintain a valid driver's license
