Royal Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Orlando facility. This role is essential in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong relationships while thriving in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating details, and working collaboratively across departments, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external clients.

  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first mindset.

  • Answer incoming calls, manage client requests, and provide accurate updates.

  • Coordinate with the credit department regarding client releases when necessary.

  • Obtain purchase orders from client systems, verify accuracy, and enter orders into company software.

  • Maintain and distribute daily schedules for field staff while communicating client requirements.

  • Schedule service calls and assist field staff with basic troubleshooting needs.

  • Prepare and submit billing documentation to the accounting department.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.

  • Experience working collaboratively within a team.
