This role will report to the Enterprise Change & Control Strategy Execution Director with responsibility for assisting in execution of Enterprise Change & Control Office’s strategic plan and the administration of key operating routines.

Please note - to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to work in one of the following Truist office locations 5 days per week:

  • Charlotte, NC - 214 North Tryon Street (Preferred)

  • Raleigh, NC - 3201 Beechleaf Court

  • Greensboro, NC - 7701 Airport Center Drive

  • Richmond, VA - 1001 Semmes Avenue

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.  


1.    Serve as primary facilitator in the execution and project management of top priority initiatives within Enterprise Change & Control Office to include defining logistics and approaches needed to operationalize business strategies, maintaining thorough project plans, and ensuring all participants are organized and aligned on execution plans; requires the ability to be a meaningful contributor to complex, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate performance and results
2.    Lead the development and execution against ad-hoc requests from the Head of Change And Control Data & Analytics; generally related to gathering data to support decision making and preparing content to support targeted discussions.
3.    Own and facilitate the cohesive measurement of progress against top priority initiatives within Enterprise Change & Control Office; involves creating standard process to track progress, facilitating monthly check-ins, and holding initiative owners accountable to their commitments.
4.    As part of tracking progress against initiatives, proactively understand strategic business goals, identify what data points are needed to inform how to achieve business goals
5.    Proactively develop and train junior talent within the team to support their growth and learning curve.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1.    Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
2.    5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
3.    Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.
4.    Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    Background in financial services / banking industry
2.    Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience
3.    Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
4.    Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summarize
5.    Ability to lead by influence (relationship building)
6.    MBA preferred
