Role Overview

As a Consat Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients harness the power of AI and digital transformation to optimize their business strategies and operations. You will collaborate with various management levels to uncover and drive improvement opportunities across various domains, implement AI-powered workflows and drive change management initiatives that deliver solid business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth business and process analysis to understand client needs and identify AI-driven automation and efficiency opportunities.

  • Develop and implement workflow automation strategies that align with client objectives and regulatory compliance.

  • Guide organizations through change management processes, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.

  • Provide expert advice on AI, data-driven solutions, and digital transformation to enhance business performance.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact client engagements, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, with hands on experience of delivering successful AI and digital transformation projects.

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field experience.

  • Thorough understanding of AI, process automation, data-driven business models and regulatory landscape.

  • Experience in workflow assessment, process optimization and automation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in change management and AI adoption.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technological landscape.

  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
