About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our online presence across key platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the science of analytics—someone who can build engaged communities while driving measurable business results.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals

Manage daily content creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook)

Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content relevant and competitive

Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate tone

Plan and execute social campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives

Oversee influencer collaborations and partnerships when applicable

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all social assets

 

Required Qualifications

 

1+ year of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations

Proven track record of growing audiences and increasing engagement

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends

Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for tone and brand voice

Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards)

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Experience with paid social campaigns and ad management

Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut)

Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles

Experience working with global or diverse audiences
