**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a diligent Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in the examination and treatment of patients and ensuring the efficient operation of the medical office.


**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred

- Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred

- Proven experience working in a medical office setting

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


**Responsibilities:**

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Take patient vitals and record medical history

- Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization

- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
