What you’ll Do

As the Administration Clerk, you’ll support our Operations Team with essential administrative and compliance tasks to keep the site running safely, efficiently, and audit‑ready. This role is hands‑on, varied, and perfect for someone who enjoys both structure and fast-moving warehouse activity.

Due to the operational time of our warehouse, the successful applicant must be able to work one of the following rosters:

1300 – 2200 Monday to Friday OR 1100 – 1900 Tuesday to Saturday

Tasks are included but not limited to:

  • Maintain and update documents, work instructions, and internal systems 

  • Manage electronic and paper filing, templates, reports, and correspondence 

  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate site consumables 

  • Support warehouse paperwork: manifests, labels, WMS data checks, stock adjustments 

  • Assist with customer queries, contractor coordination, and daily site communication 

  • Administer Food Safety, HACCP, GWP, and Workplace Safety documentation 

  • Prepare for audits, support corrective actions, and track compliance schedules 

  • Maintain training records and coordinate internal/external training 

  • Provide ad‑hoc support to supervisors and the operations team

What Experience and Education You Need

  • 2+ years’ admin experience in a fast-paced environment (warehousing/logistics ideal) 

  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills 

  • A proactive, adaptable, “can‑do” attitude 

  • Good understanding of safety or compliance processes (or willingness to learn) 

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & Teams 

  • Ability to work well with diverse teams, contractors, and customers
