About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal partners and external customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales operations, manage documentation, and help drive efficiency across the team.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Review, process, and manage agreements and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Compile and distribute reports, production data, and supporting materials
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve issues
  • Ensure timely delivery of paperwork and projects to meet business needs
  • Create spreadsheets, comparisons, and supporting documents as needed
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
