Job Description

Company Overview

Citco Fund Services is a division of the Citco Group of Companies and is the largest independent

administrator of Hedge Funds in the world with offices in Amsterdam, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman

Islands, Cork, Curacao, Dublin, Halifax, London, Luxembourg, Malvern, Manila, Miami, New York/New

Jersey, Toronto, San Francisco, Singapore and Sydney.

Citco Fund Services (“CFS”) established a financial and regulatory reporting ‘center of excellence’ that

assists investment advisers and managers in preparing annual, quarterly, and/or monthly unaudited

financial statements for their managed funds in conformity with the accounting standards adopted by the

fund (U.S. GAAP / IFRS) and may organize and prepare financial information required for regulatory filings.

The services are performed by licensed and certified accountants with significant public accounting

experience in the asset management industry and financial reporting specialists with pertinent industry

experience.

CFS Regulatory Reporting assists private fund advisers in preparing accurate, reliable and timely filings to

meet certain regulatory reporting obligations. The team has focused its efforts on the more significant

regulatory initiatives in the United States and Europe such as Form PF (SEC), Form CPO-PQR (CFTC), AIFMD

Annex IV (ESMA) and Forms S and SLT (US Treasury). These various regulatory filings require multiple data

points on fund structure, investments, strategies, notional values, risk metrics and counterparty

exposures. CFS Regulatory Reporting works with advisers to perform a readiness assessment and

implement proven procedural processes that make use of Citco’s Data Warehouse and Portal interfaces.

The CFS Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting operational teams reside in the following Citco

Fund Services locations: Malvern, Pennsylvania, USA; Cork, Ireland; and Manila, Philippines. The financial

and regulatory reporting services are available to clients of Citco Fund Services Companies worldwide.
