Role Description Summary:
The Arcade Team Captain is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Arcade and other attractions while providing superior guest service experiences, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while living our core values. Is able to execute management functions in Jolt and Embed. Lead location during Coach On Duty break or meetings. Has the ability to exceed our Guest needs, able to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Works with internal and external Guest in a confident, professional, and friendly manner 
• Anticipates guests’ needs and responds promptly – no matter how busy 
• Leads Team Members by following FACE Values 
• Handles Guest Issues in a kind and professional manner 
• Is able to do all required duties on Embed 
• Is knowledgeable of all Games and can quickly reset each 
• Understands the expectations and set up for every shift 
• Can write and execute Huddle Up Meetings 
• Able to run each position (Greeter, Good Samaritan & Redemption) while team members are on break 
• Can open a location in emergency situations 
• Understand how to handle emergency situations 
• Is able to handle a Guest or Team Member injury 
• Understand how to motivate a team to exceed FACE’s and Guest expectations. 
• Team Member may be required to perform other duties

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. 
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. 
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy. 
• Ability to work well under pressure during peak times and handle multiple tasks at once. 
• Ability to grasp, bend, stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 25 lbs, lift and/or carry. 
• Must be punctual and reliable. 
• Must have honesty and Integrity.
