What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Operate and support machinery while monitoring performance metrics (OEE, cycle times, scrap)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments; escalate complex issues as needed
  • Lead machine setups, changeovers, and start-ups
  • Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and ensure efficient production flow
  • Maintain accurate production logs and maintenance records
  • Support quality checks, error-proofing systems, and compliance standards
  • Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the floor
  • Train, coach, and support team members to build a high-performing team

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with machine operation background
  • Previous leadership experience (formal or informal) preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and read blueprints/instructions
  • Familiarity with PLC-controlled or automated machinery
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
