What You Bring

  • 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisory experience
  • Strong HVAC skills (required)
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Experience with:
    • Electrical
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Appliance repair
    • General maintenance
  • Ability to lead a team and manage vendors
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Own tools + reliable transportation
  • Strong communication & resident service skills
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance
