Front Desk Coordinator

Our Front Desk Coordinator will greet and assist a diverse group of internal and external clients via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interaction. This position is a crucial role at our Global Headquarters facility and ensures the highest level of service & attention to detail to all clients and processes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and direct a high volume of incoming calls appropriately
  • Greet incoming clients and ensure they are directed to where they need to go and who they are meeting with in a friendly manner
  • Answer basic inquiries, route calls to appropriate personnel and take messages as necessary
  • Perform other duties such as
    • Maintain schedule for on-site conference rooms
    • Mail room functions
    • Create badges for new employees
    • Stocking Coffee areas
    • Order catering/office supplies
    • Provide administrative support as needed
    • A variety of other related duties as requested

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with basic office administrative procedures with knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level
  • Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment
  • Must possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Perform in a high paced business environment
  • High ethical standards and integrity, along with a proven ability to pivot when necessary.
