Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3p

Position Summary: The RN Manager is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care. This role blends hands-on clinical oversight with strategic leadership to drive quality outcomes and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily clinical operations within the assigned unit or department
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
  • Ensure high-quality care for all residents, with a focus on reducing avoidable hospitalizations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support admissions, care planning, and resident outcomes
  • Address and resolve clinical and operational challenges in real time
  • Support staff development through coaching, education, and performance management
  • Act as a liaison between staff, residents, families, and senior leadership to ensure strong communication and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
  • CPR Certification
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively
  • Availability to work occasional weekends as needed
