About the Team & Business Line

Our global office network provides a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high quality of corporate secretarial services for multi -national Clients’ structures. You'll manage corporate governance, coordinate meetings, and support clients' entity needs, contributing to Citco's commitment to excellence in tailored corporate solutions.

 

Your Role: 

  • Manage a team of legal professionals and work directly with international clients.
  • Leading assigned projects to support business priorities and growth.
  • Planning and overseeing delivery of corporate secretarial services within agreed scope pursuant to service level agreements (SLA’s) in respect of portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients or other Citco offices aiming to ensure any corporate secretarial service matters are dealt with efficiently, professionally and on a timely basis. 
  • Ensuring that client entities of the assigned portfolio are in good standing, managed under good governance principles and Citco policies are observed and all legal documentation is complete, accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legislation of the jurisdiction where entity is registered.
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with clients, advisors, auditors, and other third parties as well as meeting the expectations of the clients and adhering to KPI’s.
  • Supervise staff, verify work done by a team, and recommend improvements to processes and employees’ performance.
  • Planning team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team.
  • Overseeing service migration processes and client entity onboarding projects, ensure smooth progression and seamless cooperation among various internal and external stakeholders in the process.

About You:

  • Experience (+5 years) in legal or business-related field.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Experience in people development.
  • Experience in international environment.
  • Experience in project management would be considered as advantage.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, reliable and able to work within a team.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and client – focused. 

 

Salary

3330 - 4500 EUR gross
