Company Overview

Holafly is a high-growth scale-up revolutionising how businesses and travellers connect to the internet abroad. Since 2018, we’ve empowered travellers in over 200 destinations worldwide with secure and reliable eSIM solutions. With a team of 500+ professionals across multiple countries, we are scaling globally to support travellers with seamless, unlimited data connectivity.

We’re not just connecting people—we’re enabling freedom and peace of mind, ensuring our users stay connected from the second they land, wherever their journey takes them.

The Role

As our Delivery Product Manager, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring our roadmap is translated into high-impact reality. By driving velocity across two cross-functional feature teams, you directly enable Holafly to ship world-class features at scale. This is an opportunity to shape the future of international connectivity in a high-growth environment with a Global Impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate vision into action by converting strategic requirements from Discovery Managers into clear, actionable epics and user stories.

  • Optimise team throughput by driving efficient story refinement sessions and ensuring all stories are execution-ready, having clear Acceptance Criteria, finalized

  • Maintain backlog excellence across two feature teams, ensuring work is sequenced effectively and items are "ready" two sprints ahead.

  • Champion sprint success by facilitating refinement, sprint review ceremonies that empower teams to commit to and achieve realistic, high-value goals.

  • Remove delivery friction by proactively identifying and resolving blockers or dependencies before they impact team momentum.

  • Drive continuous improvement by evolving team rituals and tooling to foster a high-trust, high-performance culture.

Mindset & approach

Open to better ways: We're looking for someone who genuinely believes that the way we do things in the future shouldn't be dictated by the way we've done them in the past. That means approaching process, tooling, and ways of working with curiosity rather than habit — willing to challenge inherited assumptions, try new approaches, and help the teams around them do the same.

A track record of using modern tools — including AI: You'll have a demonstrable history of reaching for the latest tools and techniques to improve efficiency and quality in your work. In particular, we're looking for someone who is actively exploring and applying AI tools in their day-to-day practice — whether that's in how they write and refine stories, manage documentation, analyse delivery data, or run team ceremonies — and who can help bring their teams along on that journey.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery within a fast-paced SaaS or Ecommerce environment.

  • Expertise in technical story writing and defining rigorous acceptance criteria.

  • Mastery of Jira for backlog management and maintaining high hygiene standards.

  • Strong ability to collaborate across engineering and design to ensure delivery alignment.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex risks into plain-language status updates.

Good to have

  • Knowledge of SQL, data literacy, API concepts.

  • Experience with Figma/Miro

  • Experience with OKR-driven delivery

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
