YOUR ROLE
In your daily job you will:
- Compliance with the daily production plan. Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient production.
- Supervise production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet customer demand.
- Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to set production goals and establish targets for the production team.
- Comply with the overtime budget.
- Meet the quality objective for complaints, FTQ, CoPQ of the plant. h. Development of staff under their responsibility.
- Monitoring and execution of safety, people, quality, and defined operational systems.
- Continuous improvement to achieve results and optimize operations. Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and apply strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Extensive experience with Personnel Management
- Experience with manual assembly lines
- Advanced English
- Flexibility / Adaptability (Being able to adapt to changes quickly, multitask, and know how to work in a team).
- Communication, Adaptability, Problem Solving
- Interpersonal Skills (Reliable, dedicated, and hardworking)
