Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

  • Compliance with the daily production plan. Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient production.
  • Supervise production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet customer demand.
  • Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to set production goals and establish targets for the production team.
  • Comply with the overtime budget.
  • Meet the quality objective for complaints, FTQ, CoPQ of the plant. h. Development of staff under their responsibility.
  • Monitoring and execution of safety, people, quality, and defined operational systems.
  • Continuous improvement to achieve results and optimize operations. Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and apply strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • OEE Calculation and DLE Calculation

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Completed bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Extensive experience with Personnel Management
  • Experience with manual assembly lines
  • Advanced English
  • Flexibility / Adaptability (Being able to adapt to changes quickly, multitask, and know how to work in a team).
  • Communication, Adaptability, Problem Solving
  • Interpersonal Skills (Reliable, dedicated, and hardworking)
