This is a fulltime salaried position, 40 hours per week

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 8 pm (Shift times may vary depending on the client's needs) total hours 40

Are you a dynamic professional looking to make a real impact? We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide top-notch injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for a full-time team member with availability to provide 40 hours of on-site coverage Monday-Friday between the hours of 6 AM - 8 PM. The shift times are variable and subject to change depending on client need.

Who You Are:

  • Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.

What You�ll Do:

  • Conduct pre-employment screenings.
  • Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
  • Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
  • Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
  • Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
  • Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
  • Track and report program metrics.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Dress Code:

  • Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed.
