The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township is looking for a Part Time Dietitian to join our incredible team!

Shift Hours: Part-time 24 hrs per week

Dietitian Responsibilities:

 Registered Dietitian 

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Monday and Friday with Flexible Schedules  

 Responsibilities 

  • Assess the Clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop a plan of care  within the electronic medical record.

  • Develop, Implement, and evaluate individualized care plans  based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends , intake and comorbidities.

  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to resident, families and staff. 
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop a nutritional health plan for the patient's overall wellbeing
  • Adhere to facility policy and procedures and to  CMS, State and Federal regulations. 
  • Assist and participate interdisciplinary care conferences.  
  • Assist dietitian in duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietitetic and Registration 
  •  Hold a Certification / License in good standing within the state of practice
  • Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations 
  • Strong organization and communication skills
