Job Description

SEON is the command center for fraud prevention and AML compliance, helping thousands of companies worldwide stop fraud, reduce risk and protect revenue. Powered by 900+ real-time, first-party data signals, SEON enriches customer profiles, flags suspicious behavior and streamlines compliance workflows - all from one place. SEON provides richer data, more flexible and transparent analysis, and faster time to value than any other provider on the market. We’ve helped companies reduce fraud by 95% and achieve 32x ROI, and we’re growing fast, thanks to our partnerships with some of the world’s most ambitious digital brands like Revolut, Wise, and Bilt.

You’ll thrive here if you curious about turning big ideas into live experiences that people talk about for weeks, collaborating with senior leaders, People & Talent, and Marketing to shape the moments that embody a company’s culture, you’ll have a front-row seat to SEON’s growth story as SEON's Senior Manager, Internal Events.

You’ll also lean into data, using leading indicators (like attendance, engagement scores, and feedback trends) alongside lagging indicators such as eNPS to understand what’s working and continuously level up each experience. Balancing meticulous planning with bold, creative thinking to design internal events that engage, delight, and genuinely connect employees will be at the heart of what you do.

What You’ll Do

  • You will lead the planning and execution of a portfolio of global internal events, examples could include:

    • Hackathons

    • Company Kickoff (CKO)

    • Wellness and community events (e.g. fitness challenges, charity events, etc)

    • Recruiting and employer branding events

  • Across these events, you’ll create meaningful, memorable employee moments

    • Design experiences that build connection across global, hybrid, and remote teams

    • Develop and execute internal comms plans for key events (pre-, during, and post-event), including announcements, content, and storytelling that amplifies impact

    • Elevate employee engagement, belonging, and collaboration

    • Bring creativity and fresh thinking to internal programs

    • Continuously innovate and improve event formats

    • Capture and amplify event moments through social media creating authentic, high-quality content for employer branding channels

  • You will also support recruitment and employer branding

    • Partner with Talent to create compelling recruiting and candidate experiences

    • Collaborate with People & Talent to translate company values into tangible, engaging event moments that reinforce belonging and connection

    • Create moments that reflect our culture and attract top talent

    • Identify and activate employee advocates and ambassadors to extend the reach of events across personal and company social platforms

    • Ensure consistency in how SEON shows up internally and externally

What We’re Looking For

  • An individual that will embrace our culture for collaboration and shared commitment to excellence

  • 7+ years of experience in global event management, employee experience, or employer branding initiatives

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Creative thinker with a passion for building culture and community

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate impact

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in tech, fintech, or high-growth startups

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year
