Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years experience at the level of Assistant Manager or greater, preferably in the food service industry but not required.
• Manager ServSafe Certification or similar preferred by not required
• Ability to hire, train, and coach crew members and develop future leaders of our Tropical Smoothie family
• Experience with ordering from vendors, receiving orders and inventory control
• Knowledge of labor, food cost and other cost management for operation
• Ability to oversee day to day operations of a restaurant
