Administrative Assistant (Home Health Agency)
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our home health agency team. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the day-to-day operations of a home health agency and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily use of HHAeXchange for scheduling, EVV, and visit management
- Reviewing and correcting EVV exceptions
- Verifying caregiver shifts and timesheets
- Communicating with caregivers, clients, and case managers
- Maintaining accurate client and employee records
- Supporting compliance and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a home health agency
- Hands-on experience with HHAeXchange is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
