Job Description

Securities Paralegal 

Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., a dynamic law firm with a robust national practice, is seeking a Securities Paralegal for our Florham Park office. This role provides critical support to Principals and Associates within our Securities practice group, focusing on high-stakes arbitration, mediation, and complex litigation.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with arbitration, trial scheduling and preparation
  • Execute the gathering, analyzing, and indexing of complex documentary evidence.
  • Proven familiarity with state and federal court filings
  • Manage a substantial caseload with limited supervision
  • Perform targeted internet and database searches to support case strategy and fact-finding.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors to ensure seamless matter management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience preferred; background in Securities or Arbitration is desirable. 
  • Working knowledge of FINRA arbitration procedures 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with document management systems is desirable.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 The salary range provided is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee a specific salary upon hire. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.
