We’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant and Retail Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team while delivering exceptional hospitality and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. A key leadership role at Chompie’s, our Service Managers are the face of our brand—ensuring every guest leaves happy, every plate is a masterpiece, and every team member is empowered to succeed. By championing a “Performance Lives Here!” culture and living the Chompie’s Way, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests while driving results through teamwork, accountability, and a passion for excellence.
Leadership Expectations
- Be the Brand: Embody Chompie’s with every interaction—guest or team member—and set the standard for professionalism, appearance, and attitude.

- Live the Culture of Excellence: Model our T.E.A.M. values and enforce non‑negotiables (QSC standards, portion control, personal hygiene, health codes).
- Drive Results: Partner with your Regional Operations Partner in KPI‑focused meetings. Own people, operations, and P&L performance through sales building, labor management, inventory control, and cash‑security procedures.
- Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure “Every Guest Leaves Happy” by executing OAC, ROR, line checks, temp logs, and offering add‑ons/upgrades to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue.

- Execute promotions and LTOs, control waste, manage labor to target, and drive add‑on sales.
- Operational Excellence
- Complete pre‑close, side work, and closing duties accurately and safely. Verify closing checklists.
- Team Development & Accountability
- Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to higher performance, recruiting and training new hires alongside your ROP.
- Compliance & Safety
- Uphold HACCP guidelines, local health codes, and company safety/security policies at all times.
