Responsibilities:



  • Management of Launch Readiness processes and Launch Readiness Reviews at plant level

  • Participation in regular implementation reviews organized by Launch Manager

  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs related to implementation and development processes

  • Oversight of implementation effectiveness and relevant reports in VPDS Phase 6 (Launch Reports, R@Rs reports, etc.)

  • Ensuring that implementation is aligned with program management assumptions

  • Ensuring appropriate actions in product and process development (assembly design, technical reviews of design assumptions)

  • Standardization of implementation processes and their ongoing updates

  • Performing other duties as instructed by the supervisor, provided they do not conflict with the scope of responsibilities

  • Compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), fire protection regulations, internal policies and procedures, the PO Code of Conduct, and applicable laws


 


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferably within the Automotive/Electronics industry

  • Strong English language skills (written & spoken)

  • High involvement in changing environment of launching new Projects & technologies

  • Communication with cross-functional Team responsible for smooth Project launch

  • MS Office tools knowlegde (Excel, MS Project, Power Point)
