Brunchella, a new brunch concept opening in Carytown, Richmond, is seeking an experienced Line Cook with at least 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a highvolume brunch environment. We are building a quality-driven kitchen focused on consistency, presentation, and strong execution. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone who understands timing, egg cookery, flat-top execution, and maintaining standards during peak brunch hours.
Responsibilities:
- Execute brunch menu items with consistency and speed
- Properly cook eggs, proteins, and griddle items to order
- Maintain clean and organized station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep and inventory control
- Work efficiently during high-volume weekend shifts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
- Brunch experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of egg cookery and timing
- Ability to handle busy weekend rushes
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented and professional attitude
Pay & Schedule:
- $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)
- Weekend availability required
