Job Description

Brunchella is a modern brunch concept focused on elevated classics, strong presentation, and creating a high-energy, welcoming experience in the Carytown area. We are building a team that takes pride in food quality and kitchen discipline.

Brunchella, a new brunch concept opening in Carytown, Richmond, is seeking an experienced Line Cook with at least 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a highvolume brunch environment. We are building a quality-driven kitchen focused on consistency, presentation, and strong execution. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone who understands timing, egg cookery, flat-top execution, and maintaining standards during peak brunch hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute brunch menu items with consistency and speed
  • Properly cook eggs, proteins, and griddle items to order
  • Maintain clean and organized station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep and inventory control
  • Work efficiently during high-volume weekend shifts


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
  • Brunch experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of egg cookery and timing
  • Ability to handle busy weekend rushes
  • Reliable transportation
  • Team-oriented and professional attitude


Pay & Schedule:

  • $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)
  • Weekend availability required
